These Product Terms & Conditions apply to all buyers purchasing ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products from Mittal Tiles and Sanitary Ware. By purchasing products from the Company, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
The Buyer is solely responsible for selecting the correct product, size, shade, finish, and quantity before confirming the order.
Shade variations may occur between batches due to the manufacturing process.
No claims related to shade, size, or design will be accepted after installation.
The Buyer must inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage, or defect must be reported at the time of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of goods in good condition.
All products must be installed by skilled and experienced professionals.
The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper installation, incorrect adhesive usage, uneven surface preparation, chemical exposure, mishandling, or impact damage.
Once tiles or sanitaryware are installed, no complaints will be entertained.
Industry-standard quantity variation of +/- 5% may apply in bulk orders.
The Buyer is advised to order extra material (5–10%) to cover cutting and wastage during installation.
Ceramic and vitrified tiles are fragile by nature.
Breakage during unloading, handling, storage, or installation is the Buyer’s responsibility.
The Company will not be liable for damages after dispatch.
Warranty covers only proven manufacturing defects.
It does not cover surface scratches, chips or cracks due to impact, improper maintenance, chemical damage, or natural wear and tear.
A valid invoice is mandatory for any warranty claim. Customer support services are provided by the company/brand.
Returns are accepted only for unused material in original packaging and subject to Company approval.
Installed, cut, or damaged tiles cannot be returned.
Customized or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Tiles must be stored in a dry, covered area.
Improper storage leading to damage or staining is not the responsibility of the Company.
The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the defective product.
The Company shall not be liable for labor charges, project delays, or indirect losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is registered.
