Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all buyers purchasing ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products from Mittal Tiles and Sanitary Ware. By purchasing products from the Company, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

1. Product Selection Responsibility

The Buyer is solely responsible for selecting the correct product, size, shade, finish, and quantity before confirming the order.

Shade variations may occur between batches due to the manufacturing process.

No claims regarding shade, size, or design will be accepted after installation.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to applicable GST and taxes as per Indian law.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Advance or partial payment may be required as per Company policy.

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on transport and logistics conditions.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon dispatch of goods.

Buyers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.

Any transit damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

5. Installation Disclaimer

Products must be installed by skilled professionals.

The Company is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, incorrect adhesives, uneven surface preparation, mishandling, chemical exposure, or impact damage.

No complaints will be entertained after installation.

6. Quantity Variation

Industry-standard variation of +/- 5% may apply in bulk orders.

Buyers are advised to order additional quantity to cover wastage during installation.

7. Warranty

Warranty covers only proven manufacturing defects.

It does not cover breakage, scratches, improper maintenance, chemical damage, or normal wear and tear.

A valid purchase invoice is required for warranty claims from the manufacturer/company/brand.

8. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Customized or special-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the product.

The Company shall not be liable for labor charges, project delays, or indirect losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is registered.
